    Ron O’Brien, considered one of the world’s foremost diving coaches, provides his expertise and teaching skills with 100-minutes of material in this comprehensive DVD.     Ron has had an unparalleled career in diving. He has coached 19 different Olympians to 12 Olympic medals, including four gold medals from legendary athlete Greg Louganis. He is an eight-time Olympic team coach, a six-time World Championship team coach, seven-time World Cup team coach, and four-time Pan American Games team coach. His club teams have won 81 national team titles. He is an inductee into the International Swimming Hall of Fame.

    Demonstrating the dives and techniques are three of O’Brien’s medal winning athletes; Kent Ferguson, Wendy Wyland, and Jennifer Keim. Diving My Way is like taking private lessons from one of the top names in diving.

    About the Author

    Ron O'Brien is the best-known and most successful diving coach in the United States. He has produced more champions (including four-time Olympic gold medalist Greg Louganis) and coached more Olympic, world, and Pan American teams than any other coach in diving history.

    Before retiring from active coaching in 1988, O’Brien served in almost every capacity in diving, from national 3-meter champion in 1961 to president of the U.S. Professional Diving Coaches Association from 1981 to 1985 to International Swimming Hall of Fame inductee in 1988. His divers have won 12 Olympic medals and 196 gold medals in national and international competition, and he has coached at least one U.S. national champion in each of 23 consecutive years (1973 to 1995).

    O’Brien is now the national technical director for United States Diving and lives in Islamorada, Florida.
