Through a series of self-assessments, you will identify areas of improvement and establish a baseline for your training regimen. Then incorporate functional strength exercises designed for the movement patterns, muscle contractions, and energy demands of a variety of sports. In addition, learn to use exercises with nonstandard equipment, such as chains and tires, to complement your standard program with variable- and dynamic-resistance training.
